When hotels register for our platform, we collect: name, email address, property name, and contact information, along with usage data related to submissions and downloads.
When guests or payers complete a verification or authorization flow, we collect the information submitted, which may include government-issued identification images, payment card documentation, and other required details.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process transactions; to send technical notices and support messages; and to respond to your questions.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services. Hotel operators may request deletion of submission data through the admin panel or by contacting us.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties, except to service providers who assist us in operating our platform under confidentiality obligations.

IndieRemoteHotel provides a software platform for independent hotels to facilitate remote guest verification, third-party card authorizations, and documentation management.
The Service is currently provided in beta. Beta features may be incomplete or subject to change. We will notify beta participants of significant changes before transitioning to paid plans.
As an Operator, you are responsible for: ensuring your use complies with applicable laws; obtaining necessary consents from guests and payers; maintaining the security of your admin panel credentials; and using documentation only for lawful purposes including dispute resolution.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law; collect data beyond what is necessary for legitimate use; impersonate any person or entity; or interfere with the operation of the Service.
The Service and its original content are owned by IndieRemoteHotel and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndieRemoteHotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
